We are, this is the problem. It is a side that has never wanted it badly enough. We severely under achieve. I can tell when they are mentally switched. You can tell with the skill level. No side has skills that bad. Only do when they are not switched on properly. Years and years now this has happened.

Tough for a coach. There was an expectancy when Sayers come to the club that we play finals. He demanded it. Where that leaves Vossy this year if we miss out I don't know. Same with every coach. Do our best their first year then it gradually just crashes until the coach is eventually sacked. Then it re-starts.
