Sorry to say but nothing to get excited about re Willo.

Setterfield was on Matheson for a while and didn't impress me, really given the opposition and looking at players capable of playing hard senior footy only Crocker impressed me along with Wooler and both are non listed players..

Crocker's best work is around goals... there was a period where he drifted up to the wing and was dreadful. But I have liked his work/reading of the ball when it's deep in the forward line... and thinks when he's got the aggot. Liked Wooler as well but is he too slow?

Looking forward to watching more closely the work of Philp, Ramsay and Honey in the 2nd half.

You look at Matheson and think ‘Yeh, once a flog, always a flog!’ Can play when he puts his mind to it, but just oozes flog.

Funny, but I thought his skills by hand and quick reading of the play were very influential in setting up our first qtr dominance... but he seemed very different in the 2nd... perhaps once he was being 'minded' he was found wanting, but he had plenty of mates - we responded poorly to the BrisVegas pressure for most of the 2nd.

I wonder if we're considering Mirkov as a project and to be rookied in the mid seasons draft... Crocker and Wooler are probably not doing their chances any harm, either.

Liked 77 until I saw, especially in the 2nd, how slow he is. 57 has a fair-dinkum dip.
