Our first player to kick 5 goals in a match this year.

Are the NB's and rookies counted ?

If so, I say LeBois.

Did anyone kick 5 last year?
Are we talking about the 1's?

Got to say, not too many players spring to mind :Smile
If someone did kick 5 in a game, they'd be dead set favorite to win our leading goal kicker right? Wright won it last year on 22.

My guess though in afl is it will be Casboult. Maybe a stretch, but one can dream  Wink

Did they have 20 minute quarters then ? If so, 4x20+stoppage time means a shot on goal every 1.5 minutes, give or take.

Wow.

I think that was while footy games were 100 minutes of footy, ie four 25 minute quarters of the ball in play.

Saw SOS kick 10 at PP, played FB in the first quarter then went forward because we were down.  Started with four consecutive points.
DrE is no more... you ok with that harmonica man?

Us vintage supporters can remember when kicking 10 in a game was a highlight  , now we can't get 5 . Times have changed. This year, I would think out of Levi, Charlie or Pickett, just hope it's all at different times.

In reality it's hard to see anyone kicking 5 goals, just because we don't have enough depth across the 22 to cover for someone who attracts defensive focus.

Of the players who have the potential, probably Caboult, Jaksch and Jones are the standouts for this year. In a year or two it will be Curnow, McKay and Silvagni.

I'm hoping we let Weiters settle down back.

Tend to agree and sarcasm made me say ex Blue Josh Kennedy previously but of our listed players I'd say Jack Silvagni is our best bet as he can kick straight......
