Trumpled (Alternative Leading)
(09-25-2024, 12:49 PM)LP link Wrote:Sorry, there is bias, and then there is unadulterated utter bullsh1t Trump dribbles out his ar5e of a mouth like an overflowing septic tank!

It's f#$%ing embarrassing for both Republicans and the Democrats alike to have this orange moron destroying public office for his own personal gain. He's deliberately making the entire world a meaner less stable and more dangerous place just to cover up his inept and corrupt business dealings.

If you happen to be one of his supporters, he is sh1tting on your future every bit as much as anybody possibly can, I think the morons actually think if Trump wins he'll send them all a few bucks to celebrate! I suspect, if Trump came across a broken and beleaguered MAGA supporter down to his last quid, Trump is more likely to steal the cash! But he wouldn't do it himself because he is a germophobe, he'd ask the Secret Service. Wink

We get it you despise Trump as he is a theft a liar a orange moron etc - Amazing to be all that have no brains no worth no intelligence yet be worth a few billion dollars... oh thats right i forget he stole all his wealth.

Anyhow based on your hatred of liars, Dan Andrews must have made you physically ill ? Or is your labour bias going to hide it  :-X ...

You dismissed the Tim Watz LGBTQ policies as fake - is the Dems prisoner policy to grant those who are transitioning full access to transgender medical procedures while incarcerated also lies?

You can find plenty of legitimate reasons to hate the Democrats, but I'm not sure this is one of them, even if they have forsaken genuine class action for identity politics. Providing support to a demographic already vulnerable and marginalized is a good thing IMO. I understand there's a part of the population that thinks people in prison deserve nothing more than to be kicked even harder, but that's not right IMO. The US has 5% of the total global population, yet 25% of the global prison population. For the world's richest and supposedly most democratic country. Policies pushed through by Biden and his colleagues that have quadrupled the prison population to create fodder for their corporate prison owning buddies.

The Democrat policy is nowhere near as “progressive” as MAGA claims when it comes to gender issues.  Basically, they would "require that federal health plans provide coverage for gender confirmation surgery, and hormone therapy.”

The main thrust of the Democrat policy is reversing the Aurangzeb administration's "discriminatory actions against the LGBTQ+ community, including the dangerous and unethical regulations allowing doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies to discriminate against patients based on their sexual orientation or gender identity."

Of course, Biden hasn’t been able to achieve that in the face of the Republican House majority.

You've made a wrong assumption and based an entire argument on it. I'm not a party specific type of voter, I'm neither for or against any specific political party, I think blind allegiance to a party is naïve, lazy and stupid! I vote for individuals based on what I know about their policies.

Of course, in addition to Trump's blundering lies, which is mostly stuff a pre-schooler could shoot holes through, I couldn't vote for Trump because he says nothing about policy at all. His whole "weave" agenda is designed to avoid saying anything, by the way his "genius weave" which he claims to have invented is stolen from comedic practitioners like The Goons(Milligan, Secombe and Sellers), Not Only but Also(Derek and Clive as played Cooke and Moore) and perpetuated in modern times by the likes of Robin Williams. Just another theft by the master of lies, Trump.

Waltz has policies publicly stated on record that bear no resemblance to how right wing MAGA commentators represent them, in total he seems a reasonable guy who is probably more aligned to classic republican politics than democrat, but of course the MAGA have turned on him now. Ironic when it's Waltz type policies and politics that are most likely to assist the very MAGA demographic that slight him. In even harsher reality, those fringe issues like mental or medical health policies for prisoners, are such a very very small part of the policies that are needed to form government, represented to scale they would not even appear to cover the area of a full stop at the end of the US budget paper. But go ahead, beat them up as the big all you like!

Firstly, the answer is pretty much my whole last paragraph, and clearly defined by the first sentence of that paragraph.

Secondly, any policy about such an issue, real or imaginary, is effectively nada on the political spectrum as an issue, except to transphobes and homophobes.

btw' Trumps transphobic illegal alien prisoners getting operations commentary comes out of a survey question Harris answered back in 2019, and Waltz answered the same, if you want to deal with facts!
Quote:The questionnaire asked: “As President, will you use your executive authority to ensure that transgender and nonbinary people who rely on the state for medical care — including those in prison and immigration detention — will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care? If yes, how will you do so?”

She responded yes, adding that “it is important that transgender individuals who rely on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition.”
Exactly as my last paragraph summarised.

I suppose for most MAGA types, Lesbian good, Jabber bad!

Trump is one of those individual billionaires who was very fortunate his father was born before him, in financial terms. Trump is not a 'self-made' billionaire, he inherited it.

I suspect the Spotted One refers to Trump's serious lack of personal integrity, morality and decency in some of his observations. With a pathological narcissism it would impossible for Trump to have any integrity, morality or common decency. However, narcissists are very clever at 'faking' these traits through skilled manipulation.

Actually, Trump technically blew his fortune, he was on his last legs financially when Ivana took over the running of the real-estate empire and effectively rebuilt the business to secure a future for their children.

Ivana only passed away in 2022, and Trump's already in financial difficulty again, and he is desperate to win the Presidency because he knows his creditors will stay away while he is in office. It might also be his motive for those slips related to changes in democracy, a never ending term, you'll never have to vote again!

A lot of words yet for a second time
You still failed to  answer the question but your silence is deafening and not surprising.

Fact is you supported and defended andrews even though blind freddie could see how corrupt deceiving and dishonest he was yet being on the side of the fence you support you find ways to turn a blind eye. Trump on the other side never fails to get you to comment negatively at every chance.

Thats it for me on the subject not going to keep going back and forth as we both obviously view these things completely different.

Yes, it's called a detailed answer.

Further if you wish to debate facts on Waltz policies;
Quote:After Vice President Kamala Harris named Walz as her running mate, conservatives began attacking those actions, falsely accusing him of allowing the state to terminate parental custody if parents prevent their trans children from receiving gender-affirming care.

The Minnesota law allows courts to have “temporary emergency jurisdiction” during custody disputes crossing state lines if a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming care. Kat Rohn, executive director of OutFront, an LGBTQ+ advocacy organization in St. Paul, Minn., said the law gives courts the ability to resolve conflicts when parents disagree on whether their child should receive gender-affirming care; it does not remove custody from parents who decline such care.

If you wish to talk transgender issues for prisoners, you seem to be confusing Waltz and Harris, your man Trump is attacking Harris over that fake issue.
Quote:A new ad paid for by former President Donald Trump’s campaign claims Vice President Kamala Harris supports funding gender transition surgeries for all prison inmates and migrants in the United States.

“Kamala supports taxpayer-funded sex changes for prisoners,” the ad’s narrator says. “Even the liberal media was shocked Kamala supports taxpayer-funded sex changes for prisoners and illegal aliens. Kamala is for they/them. President Trump is for you.”

Trump made a similar claim during the presidential debate on Sept. 10 in Philadelphia.

“Now she wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens that are in prison. This is a radical left liberal that would do this,” Trump said.

THE QUESTION
Does Vice President Kamala Harris support taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for all prisoners and migrants?

VERIFICATION
A Trump campaign ad claiming that Vice President Kamala Harris currently supports taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for all prison inmates and migrants is lacking context.

In 2019, when then-Sen. Kamala Harris was running for president, she voiced her support for funding transition-related care, including surgery, specifically for transgender prison inmates and migrants being held in immigration detention facilities.

But the Harris campaign told Fox News on Sept. 10 that the vice president is not currently proposing a new policy or running on this platform ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

Transition-related care, which is also referred to as gender-affirming care, is life-saving health care for transgender people of all ages, according to the Human Rights Campaign, an LGBTQ+ advocacy group based in Washington, D.C. Transition-related care can include a range of services, such as mental health care, medical care and social services.

In the U.S., there are more than 2,230 transgender people incarcerated in federal prisons and nearly 5,000 transgender people incarcerated in state prisons, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons and a 2020 NBC News report that compiled data from 45 states and Washington, D.C.

Federal and state prisons are required to provide adequate medical care to all prisoners. But transgender inmates often have to advocate for several years or sue to get transition-related care, including surgery, while incarcerated.
I presume you accept the Federal and State includes those in Minnesota among others, no special laws even required! :o
