Gather Rnd 2024

We've potentially got a win in the draw already.

Playing Freo in Adelaide instead of Freo in Perth is a big plus, the win assumes that we either only play Freo once or that if we play them a second time it's in Melbourne.

And it's a lot easier for home town fans to get to Adelaide than it is Perth.

2022- Real Deal or more of the same? 0.6%
2023- "Raise the Standard" - M. Voss Another year wasted Bar Set

As long as we aren't playing Adelaide in Adelaide I think it is a win.

I read it differently.  I heard Freo dodge playing us in Melbourne if we get them twice.  Its probably fair that this is the only outing against Freo.  Our record at Adelaide Oval is putrid.  Personally, I would have preferred to play St. Kilda in Adelaide to dodge them at Marvel at least once.

We don't play well in Adelaide, so why not play one of the Adelaide teams when you are in Adelaide and save yourself a return trip.

This way, you might play in Adelaide 3 times in 1 year.
My way, it's a maximum of twice.
