The interesting thing is that the commentators were stunned that Zurhaar wasn’t given a free kick for arm over the shoulder. But they didn’t bother to note that the umpire told Zurhaar that he had rolled the arm over his shoulder. Whether that was right or not, the commentators should have noted that their assumption that the umpire missed it was not correct.
