Europe will generally continue to support Ukraine, they have a vested interest...although there are few dodgy supporters there (Hungary)
Much of the level of support the USA provides is very much dependent on the result of the elections in a few weeks.

Fortunately for Ukraine, North Korean troops are pretty good at goose stepping (and particularly in time to “Staying Alive”) and not much else. Their military hardware is, in the main, cheap and inferior versions of the Russian equipment that is failing against Western equivalents and more deftly handled and upgraded former Eastern Bloc hardware.
Aurangzeb will do whatever Putin tells him to and Ukraine will be screwed if he becomes POTUS again. If Harris gets the gig, Ukraine can continue to exploit Russia’s technological shortcomings, moribund tactics and diminishing military resources, both human and hardware. If Kim Jong Un commits troops and hardware, the toll of Putin’s troops, tanks and ammo won’t be quite as critical.

Of course, the "goose step" is heavily associated with Nazi Germany but the Germans abandoned it in 1940 because it has no military value, takes up valuable training time, and is too taxing.
