A smaller leadership group, one might say a traditional leadership group

Captain - Kez Harrington (Going solo after Loynes' departure)
Vescio and O'Dea the only other members.

Vescio and O'Dea are best mates are very much jokers, so could be ganging up on Kez who is much more on the serious side.

Good recognition for O’Dea who has demonstrated excellent leadership since coming on board.  Her rapport with younger players should be a positive.

It’s interesting how O’Dea was losing interest in footy but moving to Princes Park has changed that.

She came here to play with Vescio, its clearly helped her regain her enthusiasm for footy.
