I think the EGM is bad and the AGM is normal.

Not necessarily...it's a necessity if you want to change something like this outside of an AGM.

An EGM is harmless Carrots.

Thanks Tribey, so just to be clear, we'll end up witha board of 9, reduced from 10, subject to approval?
