I'd be more than happy to see Rhys back at Carlton as I reckon he did some good work at Frankston and would be a big improvement on Luke Webster...

I have heard from a few people that have watched him coach. The key thing that keeps coming up is that he knows how to keep things simple. Keep his instructions on the things that count the most. Along with he has a very good way of getting his point across, and making his instructions understood. He doesn't confuse young players as he doesn't make a process appear complicated. He also knows how to use his "I mean business voice" when needed. I haven't heard him address players myself,, but my friends have said that if he was their coach they would do what ever it takes to see his exact instructions are followed. Isn't that something we could use at our senior club at the moment.
This digital world is too much for us insects to understand.
