I let things run on a little this week: no real hurry when this round is our Bye. However, all good things must come to an end.
Literally, alas.
This week we had 2 less voters than we did this time last year. Conisidering that this was one of our worse performances of the year and last year's game was a gutsy win, I can understand why. However, we still managed 17 voters.
The rating was back to very low levels this round: 5.94, which is almost an E. definitely down from the heady levels of a couple of week's back.
In some ways we looked burnt out. It was probably a good time to have a Bye. However, 13 different players managed to attract a vote. Under Malthouse that number would have been more like 9.
Votes:
Docherty, Sam 280
Simpson, Kade 183
Thomas, Dale 145
Wright, Matthew 114
Rowe, Sam 38
Plowman, Lachlan 31
Curnow, Edward 30
Kerridge, Sam 24
Lamb, Jed 17
Tuohy, Zach 10
Casboult, Levi 9
Cripps, Patrick 7
Gibbs, Bryce 2
Docherty lead all comers for the 4th time this season. He has had only 1 game outside the top 10 on the field.

Silvagni, Jack We could be voting for this guy before the Election. He is getting very close.
Docherty has consolidated his lead over Gibbs, with another significant break to Cripps and Simpson. However, I wouldn't be engraving his trophy yet. There is a fair way to go yet!
