This is the big unknown, but one can only assume they were 'non-voters' because they didn't like either candidate.  It would therefore seem logical that the vast majority who decide they are going to vote now that Biden is gone will be putting their hand up for Harris.

Apathy and disengagement are big factors, as are the voting rules designed to make it harder for the great unwashed to take part.
