This study is catering to a majority group with specific criteria and you cant include every medical segway, as we all know there are many conditions that affect minorities but the money/facilities just isnt there and why we have the many fundraisers we see today.

A few years ago there was the famous case right here in Australia, a rather famous government official who had transitioned to female late in life, after a long marriage and fathering children, passed from prostate cancer.

Maybe not relevant, but a clear example of socially imposed norms bearing no influence over nature, there is an asymmetry at play here between headspace and physiology that has to end before we go right off the rails and waste a lot of money!
