We were challenged early, but responded and ran out 10 goal winners. Hard to rate it less than an ‘A’ in the circumstances.

[2] Blake Acres: Another very strong game from Acres, where he dominated his wing. 33 possessions from a wing!
[1.5] Nic Newman: The general in defence this week, Nic had another excellent game. 28 possessions, 14 marks and 5 tackles.
[1.5] Sam Walsh: Another excellent effort from Walsh, with his 2 goals a highlight. 26 possessions, 10 tackles (!!) and 5 clearances.
[1] Adam Saad: Huge drive from defence. Dominated his opponents.
[1] Adam Cerra: 23 possessions from 3 quarters of footy isn’t bad. His disposal was also a feature.
[1] Matthew Kennedy: Some telling marks, some great kicks and a powerful effort until he was hurt.
[0.5] Jordan Boyd: Really did some nice things in defence and deserved recognition.
[0.5] Elijah Holands: Another very solid game.
[0.5] Lachie Cowan: An excellent game in defence, and his kicking was a feature.
[0.5] Orazio Fantasia: 4 goals.
[0.5] Lachie Fogarty: 3 goals and a heap of pressure.
[0.5] Marc Pittonet: Beaten in the ruck, Pitto had 17 possessions and was dangerous around the ground in a way you won’t often think of when you think about how he plays.
[0.5] Mitch McGovern: A strong game in defence.
[0.5] Harry McKay: A very solid game at CHF.
Honourable Mentions:
Jacob Weitering: Dominated his opponent, but was a little fumbly.
Alex Cincotta: 2 goals and did his job.
Charlie Curnow: Didn’t do a lot, but what he did was lethal. His field kicking was like surgery.
Brodie Kemp: Solid game in defence.
Zac Williams: Not as prominent as he has been, but still did some really noticeable thing. His kicking and smarts were on display.
