For those saying its just his speech impediment, I think you guys are having a lend.  The guy forgot what he was talking about mid sentence.

I'm not trump apologist, I can't believe they don't revolt with the garbage being served up and called politicians in that nation.  It's like a race to the bottom and every year they go lower.

As mentioned, i haven't see it all, far from it, but i've seen this exact thing happen to my mate.
He looks like he's completely lost track of where he was and just pauses. I quizzed him about it and thats when he told me what he is doing and why its happening.

May or may not be the same thing with Biden.
