The backline 2024
#3
For me its:
Saad Young Newman
Williams McGovern Marchbank

Kemp (INT)
Need a big fella to replace Weiters, has to be Young (assume his gremlins from last year are gone), I think we are exposed for sizeĀ  in the backline without him. Marchbank, McGovern, Kemp all not big enough to cover for Weiters and they play different roles anyway.
Boyd and Cincotta to miss and fight for a spot, Williams is back and provides the elite kicking and running. One thing we would miss from Cincotta is his toughness, runs straight at the ball/man with no fear, likes the argy bargy and has a lot of kent in him. He ticks all the Voss boxes.
2017-16th
2018-Wooden Spoon
2019-16th
2020-dare to dream? 11th is better than last I suppose
2021-Pi$$ or get off the pot
2022- Real Deal or more of the same? 0.6%
2023- "Raise the Standard" - M. Voss Another year wasted Bar Set
2024-Back to the drawing boardNo excuses, its time
