AFL Rd 4: Carlton vs North Melbourne on Good Friday
We won, coming from behind. We really dominated in patches, even though we were thrashed in the middle.
Trends:
[1] There were 16 voters this week, the best we’ve managed this year. Never mind, thank you to everyone who voted. Your time is appreciated.
[2] The rating this week was 8.81, which represents a B-. An improvement over last week.
[3] 15 players managed to get votes this week, the same as last week. It does represent that a lot of our players made a contribution, which I consider a real positive.
[4] The average vote this week was 29, which is 2 better than last week. Not as good as the Geelong game though.
[5] 5 players managed 100 votes or more this week, which suggests that he had a good spread of good players.
[6] Charlie Curnow managed the BOG this week, although he had considerable competition. He managed 297 votes, which is a truly dominant display. Three players managed more than 200 votes; Charlie, H and Mitch McGovern.
[7] We had 2 players who got votes from all voters this week, Charlie and H. Mitch McGovern missed from 1 voter.
[8] Our newbies were not as significant this week, but Ollie Hollands still is getting noticed.
[9] Our defenders and key forward dominated the voting this week. Our mids were beaten and struggled to attract votes. Not for the first time this year either.
