Mants, sorry to hear about your scamming experience. Disgraceful scumbags that would take your retirement money, there was a woman on current affair a night or two back who had same done to her.
Trusting soul who thought she was going to be arrested over unpaid taxes,was scared on the phone and got conned into going to the bank and pulling out money.
Hope you are OK as I know you do it tough and the bank can retrieve your money.
I have all my accounts locked for international transactions and requiring double verification by my phone even for local transfers. Also only use one credit card online with a daily limit so I can limit any damage. Your bank should set you up with better security on your accounts.
