The fact he gets a game, shows how soft and selfish the rest of our blokes are.

If half our list had the heart, desire and determination that Ellard has, he'd never get a game. However because they are too worried about how pretty they look out on the field with their fancy haircuts and colourful boots, Ellard deserves a game.
