Spent a couple of months working in the former Soviet Union including the breakaway States. The breakaway countries are all a mess, nothing works, the people are hungry and the Governments more corrupt than the old Soviet regime. The old locals want the Soviet lifestyle back where at least they were looked after better. George Orwell when he wrote Animal Farm knew his stuff..

Too right! Animal Farm and 1984 very uncomfortably prophetic.
