Would rest TDK - can't see why we'd play TDK, Pitto and Levi though TDK can obviously play forward too.

Is it Martin for Cottrell (i'd keep him in for his elite running)? Rest Murphy and/or Simmo.

Cripps is the one who needs a rest but we know that wont happen, I'd keep Cottrell in too.....I'd probably rest Simpson and let his face deflate after that falcon decked him...
