AFL coach key selection criteria:
1 - Outstanding leadership ability.
2 - Exceptional communication skills.
3 - Good educator.
4 - Ability to develop and implement strategy.
5 - Ability to develop and implement proactive and reactive tactics.
6 - Receptive to mentoring.
7 - Coached an AFL team to finals at State level or higher.
