Need to re-structure the side. Too many slow players going through the guts. Curnow, Carrazzo and Ellard, we can only play one of those. We want speed but Buckley doesn't play. Cripps is big and takes a good pack mark. He would be very useful forward with Menzel and Walker. Whiley can take Cripps spot in the guts.  Don't need Jones. Like Armfield back in the side. No star but give you pace, aggression and something unusual here, effort!
