Not a big week in the voting department, but with efforts like those of recent weeks, that is not a surprise. However, we did get 1 more voter this year than this time last year.
The result was poor, so the rating wasn't anything special: 5.70 being very close to last week's result (5.74). :-[ :-[ That again would be closest to an E-, again a reasonable result considering how we played.
With a new coach this week I can hope for a more spirited performance.

Simmo made a welcome return to the BOG list with his best effort of the year (for 3 quarters, anyway), following by Curnow for his excellent effort against Selwood. After that it dropped off pretty quickly. Liam Jones did manage some votes, but not as many as Cameron Wood and he got his for a few moment of unthinking aggression.

We have played 32 players so far, only 8 weeks into the season. It looks like almost everyone on the list will get a go this season.
Cripps and Bell being so near the top of the list is a promising sign.
