And I bet the Health system give very little support to those nurses who need help with their issues.
Paul..System doesnt provide much support, the nurses support each other....when you find one of your workmates has overdosed in the toilet the system wants to cover that up not admit there is a problem.
Nurse Jackie the series wasnt dreamed up, the person who wrote that series had plenty of inside info on how it all operates....
