People are in fear of getting sacked for having a day off with a cold, so they turn up to work coughing and spluttering all over their associates.

Managers tell people to harden the feck up, Psychopath Managers but managers no doubt.

People are dying because it's just a cold, what world is it that we live in which values a few days of work ahead of a lifetime of health?

Agree...as an employee you cant win.....stay home because you are sick and you are a bludger, come to work sick and you are irresponsible
for putting your workmates at risk....
My daughter is a nurse and if she calls into work sick on a night shift she gets crucified as there are usually no replacements....she was told she has to plan to be sick??
