I would let them both go.
But if i had a magical wand and gave both of them the hunger/desire to succeed, based on their athletic prowess, Gorringe would be the better option. Quicker, more agile and taller than Jaksch.
Just pointing out the attributes he has are harder to find (like Liam Jones) and if a risk was to pay off, you'd get a bigger return from Gorringe.
Again, i'm not advocating either, they both should go.
