This Saturday at 1400 the Blues play Coburg for the 2nd time in a little more than a month. This game is a Blues home game at Preston City Oval.
Scuttlebut going around at the moment is that Ciaran Byrne will play!

Sounds like everything has gone fairly well for Ciaran then.
Hes on track for a 12 month recovery and this would be one stage of the rehabilitation process. Best of luck to him (and by extension us).

This won't line up as named, but it is as strong a team as we can put down on paper. I don't expect any of the emergencies to play, but I may be wrong. Only 3 VFL players named and they are all on the bench, plus the 23rd man. I'm not sure I like it, but .....

Traditional rivals back in the VFA days and I watched many games at the Coburg oval and a few at Preston. Usually there'd be a posse of team mates from Coburg Ammos
Enjoy the game and I will be looking forward to another insightful report.
