Round 8 Green Shoot of the Week
#1
More of a challenge after a loss:

Choose ONE ONLY Green Shoot you observed from the game.  Can be a player, passage of play and individual effort, any ONE Shoot that put a smile ???? on your face.

If I was Bolts I would have loved the fact that twice we dropped behind and could have tossed in  the towel and twice we dug in and hit back!

Green shoot :  Team attitude today.

SOJ tackling and pressuring in the saints goal square. Then in a flash, SOJ in our 50 ^-^
Inspiring, team focused, determined, and signs of tank building. Onya Jack.

HM Charlie building every aspect of his game, but I think you call that a new bush ^-^ smile worthy just the same.
Coming together is the beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.

Team Green Shoot - our first 4 goals were kicked by kids.  Have a feeling we will see plenty of C.Curnow marks at the top of the goal square as well.

This is now the longest premiership drought in the history of the Carlton Football Club - more evidence of climate change?

Could it become "Day of the Triffids"?
Reality always wins in the end.

All in melee. Boys looking after each other.
Years gone by many would've walked by.

Alex Silvagni's tackle on Gresham: for the 3rd time in 4 weeks Silvagni will probably win the tackle of the match from our match committee.  He ran down a faster guys and truly buried him. It was lovely to watch. One moment Gresha was fat and happy waltzing into a goal. The next moment he was crackling.
