Fisher was recruited as a centre square midfielder but in typical Carlton style was then reinvented into a small forward and now doesnt really have a position much like Jack Silvagni who we have played out of form, recently out of the team and now is in limbo like Fisher both caught at the crossroads of their careers needing some strong direction and coaching on where too next.
