Scoreboard gonna get ugly.
He's not experienced.

If you go back and watch a replay of the first half centre bounces, you'll see Darcy taking his eyes off the football and targets his knee at our rucks shin or quad. There are a couple of clear shots of it happening, one has cost Pitto a PCL. It's a dog act, and technically it's a block that should be penalised, but is rarely paid because the umpires aren't watching for that stuff. An experienced ruck knows that if you come at the football from the same direction as Darcy he can't do that, and it becomes a wrestle / jumping contest.

Hard to get Freo pinged for holding the ball in Perth, the crowd has a lot of influence.

Not sure how Newnes gets a run ahead of Stocker or LoB, on form and intensity nothing I've seen justifies Newnes selection ahead of those others. Both Newnes and Owies dropped baby marks that turned potential goals for us into opposition scores.

Boyd, why? Newman must be next to go. So often caught out of position and gives us nothing going fwd. Far prefer Stocker locking a dangers fwd away.
What happened to my old profile?????

Seems a PCL injury that won't require surgery takes 4-12 weeks recovery time. But if surgery is required, then 6-9 months rehab is required (which is season over in this case):

Quote:A player typically misses between four to 12 weeks, depending on the individual's knee-related history, the grade of the PCL injury and whether there are other injuries to the knee.

That prognosis also assumes they don't require surgery, and the rehabilitation goes to plan.

"If it was meant to be four weeks, and it blows out to six – that's not the end of the world, so long as the player's making progress overall," Lobo said.

"But if it's meant to be four to six weeks, and at four weeks, they've still got swelling in their knee and they can't progress as per their rehab plan, then you're probably considering surgery."

The recovery time from PCL surgery varies from about six to nine months.
