There's a few different arrangements by which he could contribute next season, without necessarily being one of main playing group.

I think that it will largely depend on whether Murph wants to go around again knowing that he is being overtaken by younger players.  He could be of value as a depth player and mentor but I suspect that he will pull the pin.

With this change, we lose significant front half pressure that Owies gives us.

I think the most likely changes are Newnes, Cottrell or Williamson. I didn't think they did much wrong, but they struggled a bit to have an influence.

I'd personally like to see Williamson get more a run, so probably Newnes or Cottrell. Fisher, SPS and Dow didn't have great games, but they need so string some games together.

You could probably make an argument for Fogarty to go back to the 2s for a week at least.

It's tough to judge these players, because you don't know what directives they are given by the coaching staff, they may have played their role perfectly but still looked less than influential to fans!

I hope they do not drop Williamson then move SPS back to the HBF, that would be a backwards step.

I think the only place for sMurph to come in is off the bench and be prepared to play a role with limited midfield time unless things turn sour.

Owies has been a good find. Like to leave him in the side. Last 2 weeks has been point kicking rather than goal kicking. Was kicking straight then got Carltonised....lol.

Murphy might do some medical sub time to get him to 300.

Hes still kicking straight, just not through the big sticks, and could use a bit more depth in his kicking (flatter, rather than higher but its going straight thats a start).

Personally, I don't see guys like sMurph or Fogarty as value in the medical sub role, they should either be in or out, the sub for me needs to be more of a utility type like a Cottrell, Newnes or Williamson.

I appreciate being to medical sub too often is a real punishment.

I also think it's a bit pointless giving kids a medical sub role as their first game, it's happened at other clubs this season and I think it's also pointless.

If they change the rules for 2022 to increase the bench or the number of subs I reserve the right to change my opinion.

I think opponents are pushing him further up the ground to get outside his comfortable range, a few more games and he'll get that sorted and get the timing right to find the space he needs in comfortable range.

At the rate these guys travel it's only a second either way and you are 10m out of position.

Kruddler....I thought the same on Charlie....is it worth the punt this week....milestone game for Ed and let him ease back into it. He'd be rusty no doubt but if there's absolutely no doubt about his fitness, it could be worth it? No huge expectations but it'd take some pressure off Harry and would force Tarrant onto a direct opponent.

I'd leave Owies in there....hasn't been great the last couple of weeks but he's been okay for the most part and has let Betts get up the ground a bit.

If Cripps is fit enough, he plays....they've got guys like Cunnington, Zurhaar, Simpkin who like to throw their weight around a bit. If he comes in, it's probably Newnes that goes out. I thought Cottrell was better last week that some of his earlier games.

Goldstein might not be quick or mobile as such, but look back to the game against the Eagles....he pushed forward late and left Nic Nat in the middle of the ground and took a big mark in the goal square. At least we'll have Jones and Weitering down back but TDK will need to get on his bike and run him up and down a bit.
