Tea or Coffee
#11
4-5 espressos every day, slightly longer shot that usual, no sugar, no grappa. Am using Coffee Mio Arabica (local roaster just around the corner)  beans in my Jura machine, love it.

Coffee is a mild laxative and diuretic. On match day, sculling a few coffees ensures you can run onto the ground without worrying about toilet stops.

2 espressos a day for me. About 4 on the weekend.
Vittoria Mountain grown beans when they're half price at Coles which is often.

Wanted to buy  a Jura but the wife wouldn't let me spend more that much.

Brilliant machine MBB. I had a Delonghi before it, paid the same money, peace of junk. My only criticism is it doesn't have a cup warming plate. New models might have them. Just after I bought it, I ended up scoring a 2 drawer Jura cup warmer on Gumtree for $75 (RRP is $400 odd).

[member=160]Gointocarlton[/member]‍  Terrific local roaster is Coffee Mio, I love their Moka Extra beans and I can't say I've ever purchased a bad batch when I can get them.

Agree, I can smell when they are roasting from my back yard. My family has been getting coffee from them donkeys years.

I confess to unabashed, shameless jealousy.

As I read the posts here, I can almost smell the freshly ground and brewed coffee. Magnificent. Enjoy.

Now to go get a bland cup of black tea. **imagine grown man pouting like a 3 year old, dragging his feet as he walks to the kitchen**

Ooh, where are they located??  We recently have started experimenting with different beans.

We have a Saeco Primea Plus Capuccino machine.

Its not a bad unit.  We got it half price on clearance from 3k, to 1.5, so that was handy.  Have had it for 10 years.

It is a bit inconsistent with its milk frothing, and a little bit high maintenance, but I expected nothing less from a coffee machine.  We do use it every morning for the morning though.
