I just heard that Max Merritt has passed away.
An Aussie music icon (with Kiwi roots). RIP

Max and the Meteors were such icons of our music industry, Slippin Away is an Oz classic, and strangely appropriate. Born in NZ but as an adult lived in the UK, Oz and LA! A global citizen. Sadly missed and such a talent. RIP.
