Vale Moshe Goldberg

I thought folks who've been around the Carlton forums for some time will be sad to learn that Moshe (moshe25) passed away this morning.
He spent most of his time on TC in recent times but he was a great contributor to this forum in days gone by.
As well as keeping us honest in terms of spelling and grammar Wink  he also had the ability to keep us honest in terms of our excesses when we got over-enthusiastic in praise or criticism of club, coach and players.
A knowledgeable and insightful man
RIP

GWS has written a very nice, moving tribute on pge 2 of this thread on TC.

What a wonderful tribute from GWS... I felt I got to know Moshe through the words and heartfelt sentiments and observations by GWS. (Yes, Moshe, I did use the word 'and' twice in that last sentence... mm, yep, just lazy).

For some reason I was pondering what Moshe was up to just last week.
I always enjoyed his postings, farewell...

I remember him from my days at TC, never met him personally and didn't really engage with him much on the forum  but he was an articulate and passionate supporter and it's sad to hear of his passing...RIP.

RIP Moshe.

I never met him personally, but always read his stuff on TC.

A great Blues supporter.
I spent most of my money on Women and grog.
The rest I just wasted.

RIP. I also interacted with him somewhat on TC. He will be missed: he kept a lot of people honest.

RIP

I have distant memories of him from early days on here. Never spent much time on TC.
