At least we played one decent quarter this round, but it was still very ugly in the last quarter.
Remember:
[1] At least 3 players need to get a mention.
[2] No more than 10 votes for any one player.
[3] Give a rating of team performance. It can be anywhere from A+ to F.
[4] Votes must add up to 15.
Thank God there are only a few games to go.

Our 2nd quarter was as good as we’ve played for many weeks and it showed that we do have talent and we can beat teams. The 1st and 3rd terms weren’t great, but they weren’t disasters. We gave up in the last term.

Explanations:
[2.5] Murphy: An excellent game for 3 quarters, but struggled to get the ball when we died in the 4th.
[2] Cripps: Really good for 3 quarters in the air and around the packs. Goal kicking needs serious work.
[2] Kreuzer: Good around the ground and in the ruck in the 2nd quarter, but was killed in the ruck duels for the other 3 quarters.
[2] Curnow: Did an excellent job smothering Harvey.
[1.5] Buckley: Did an excellent job in defence.
[1.5] Simpson: Very good in patches, but his disposal has really dropped off.
[1] Everitt: Brilliant in the 2nd quarter and gave a target, but did not make the most of his chances.
[1] Carrazzo: Lots of ball and clearances. Solid.
[1] Boekhorst: Excellent early, but dropped out of the game after half time.
[0.5] Henderson: Excellent early, but dropped out of the game after half time.
Honourable Mentions:
Tuohy: Some very good patches, but not enough.
Jamison: Solid.
Smith: His best effort so far.
Casboult: When he was hot he was brilliant. When he was cold he was kickless.

Cripps would have got my 4 votes but for his two misses from close range set shots, he's going to be a very, very good player for Carlton and has Captain written all over him.
