Never been a real Fyfe fan but watched a couple of Freo games this season and he does work hard and anyone playing on him will need their weetbix. He is averaging more disposals(30) per game than Cripps this season and at 192cm/96kg is Cripps like in size, he is a big unit...you add Mundy at 193/94kg and our blokes are going to very tired trying to bring those two down and its going to need team tagging and plenty of rotations.

Ed is one of the fittest in the comp. There aren't too many around who can match his endurance.
Having said that, always handy to have help.

I said there were four players who on form would be unlucky to miss out, Silvagni, Kennedy, Jones &Goddard, and three made the cut. Getting one in a row right means I won't be making any more predictions.

Dispute freo losing a few reckon our outs affect us more then theirs  will. Have gone from being very confident to thinking how we will possibly not be smashed. No confidence in beating anyone regardless of who they have put when we are fielding a reserve grade midfield.

Will see exactly how much we rely on Cripps this week.

Bolts if he keep his job would have been very nervous this week.

Reckon it will be a long afternoon.

Who's our skipper on Sunday?

Strangely enough I'm really looking forward to this game.

I'm not suggesting it's the case, but if you were guaranteed of your coaching spot for 2020 it's the type of game you might orchestrate just to get a good idea of who stands up in the face of adversity.

It's games like this where you hope some will step up...there may also be a few found wanting too.
These are some of the things we need to sort out in the last half of the season.

Without wishing it I'm sure there are others who have wondered how we'd go without Cripps.
We get to find out on Sunday in a game that no-one will really expects us to win.

Indeed Lods.
It will be an interesting one. At least in terms of data collection to guide 2020 strategy.
Coming together is the beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.

Prediction:

We'll go much better than expected.  Someone to really announce their afl credentials in cripps absence, a gallant 3.5 quarter effort where we lose by 4 goals at the death.

Cripps emerged after Judd went down with his knee.

Now it's time for one of Kennedy, setterfield or jsos to give us an eye opener.

If we win this weekend I reckon locking in Teague as our next senior coach.

If we fold like a deck of cards (though I doubt we will) it'll be a mess.
