In Game Action: 2019 AFL Rd 9: Carlton vs GWS

Yep, that’s our zone. Stand back, guard space and give th opposition room to run around unpressured in the hope they make unforced errors that result in a turnover.
Then when it doesn’t work just watch the opposition run forward harder.

Yep. He has to go before Bolton.

Not sure that will make much difference somehow.. we're already 17 men down.

All the best to Murphy. Hope it's not serious.
I suspect he may have fractured ribs complimentary of Mumford's fist.
Coming together is the beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.

Are you watching this game?

We have a talented young side who are 1-8, 4-41 4th year in. Reiwoldt and Carey are forever talking up the talent, and they do know more than anyone on here.

We're not good enough to beat GWS, but this effort is inexcusable.

All on the coach.

I think the problem is that the Coaches have lost the players. A week to prepare and AGAIN, not firing from the first quarter. It can’t be that hard to get players up and running. It can’t. They’re young Men in their Primes, pumping with Adrenaline..and yet they dish off this. No risk of consequences. You think Roos, Lyon, Buckley, hell any decent coach would tolerate those pathetic efforts? Culture, Culture, Culture.

Let’s see what happens. I think the Head Coach is coaching for his job now. If this gets close or beyond 150 points....

The after game thread is going to be epic 8)

Basically non existent.  Our midfield is a disgrace, our problems start and finish there.

Macreadie..... a full set of donuts.

The knees were pretty helpful as well.

Don't worry, LN,  Mumthug will not even be cited. So brave to take out a bloke 40 kg lighter,  what a deadset ducking hero.

Somebody needs to drop a knee into that ducks kidneys,  but none of our blokes have the stones. Seriously,  Casboult pulls out to prevent hurting people.  We're roadkill. Our kids don't stand a chance with senior blokes who always play so nice.
DrE is no more... you ok with that harmonica man?
