Where are this mob based LP? Where's the money trail?
Been a lot of big engineering/construction outfits go bust this year.... A lot of short cutting and cut price work.
Meaning: looks really flash, but don't look too hard because it's built to the bottom price from the cheapest possible materials.

If you are building on a storm water catchment area and redirecting it you would want to get it right............shifting door frames in the early stages and now a internal load bearing wall cracking tells you they didnt get it right. That would be a massive digout and engineering works.
Might as well be living in a high rise in Bangladesh...those apartments at Opal would be worth about as much.....
