Does that mean we have an "even" list ? It's "even" worse than we thought!  :o

Who are the "third" of the side?

By my reckoning O'Shea, Mullett and Casboult could be considered regulars in the last 2 months.  Graham at a pinch.  Kerr not a regular and Byrne not in the last 2 months.  Even allowing all of them it is just above a quarter (6/23).  None of the others have ever played for Carlton.

Your point is not unreasonable, but well over-exaggerated.

Clearly Levi has not fully recovered from the broken ribs he received against Adelaide a few weeks ago. But as the saying goes, when you cross that white line, you are 100% fit.

The ribs would be fine, it would be the compound dislocation the week before that would have him hesitant. It's never nice to see your own bones protruding from your body!

Which makes us wonder why bring him back for the game that last game?

Perhaps it was more of this concept of adversity being good for player development!

But at the moment, adversity at Carlton is like being left as the last bloke holding the fort after the army has fecked off! :o

That's probably a good analogy for how Jones and Weitering felt at times last weekend!

Thanks for the link Krud but I don't think I'll be watching for long. :'(
The only thing in this world worth more than a hill of beans is the Carlton Football Club.

As difficult to watch as our AFL side :-[
Coming together is the beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.
