2018 Jim Park Voting Rd 20: Carlton vs GWS - crashlander - 08-04-2018 Remember: [1] At least 3 players need to get a mention. [2] No more than 10 votes for any one player. [3] Give a rating of team performance. It can be anywhere from A+ to F. [4] Votes must add up to 15. I didn't see anything of last week's game. :-[ But I'll be there this week. Hopefully there are more vote worthy rather than cringe worthy performances. Re: 2018 Jim Park Voting Rd 20: Carlton vs GWS - crashlander - 08-05-2018 Why do I have to see this week's game and not last week? Oh well. ![]() Team: F Very ordinary, even though we were playing a good team going places. Votes: [4] Paddy Cripps [3.5] Harry McKay [1.5] Marc Murphy [1] Ciaran Byrne [1] Daisy Thomas [1] Matthew Lobbe [1] Sam Petrevski-Seton [1] Jed Lamb [0.5] Charlie Curnow [0.5] Ed Curnow Explanations: [4] Paddy Cripps: 29 possessions when out midfield is smashed and getting scragged every time he got near the ball, Crippa is a marvel. 9 tackles as well. [3.5] Harry McKay: H was simply too good for the GWS defence. He took 8 great marks and should have had 5 goals, as he missed the 2 easy ones. He looked to be the future. [1.5] Marc Murphy: Tried hard. [1] Ciaran Byrne: Coming back to some form, Casey really showed some great tackling and run. [1] Daisy Thomas: Took out Greene in a very solid effort. [1] Matthew Lobbe: Tried hard, but really showed his limitations. [1] Sam Petrevski-Seton: Playing in defence was good for SPS, as he looked pretty good. [1] Jed Lamb: A very solid effort in defence. [0.5] Charlie Curnow: Looked dangerous, but dropped some marks he should have swallowed. [0.5] Ed Curnow: Tried hard. Honourable Mentions: Sam Rowe: Did a decent job in defence, everything considered. Matthew Wright: Tried hard and managed 2 good goals. Caleb Marchbank: Took Lobb to the cleaners, but couldn’t provide a lot of run. Cameron Polson: Not enough, but he did manage some very good things. His pressure was good, but his kicking and decision making need work Re: 2018 Jim Park Voting Rd 20: Carlton vs GWS - RiverRat - 08-05-2018 Team = F [4] McKay [3] Cripps [2] Thomas [2] Petrevski-Seton [1] Murphy [1] Marchbank [1] Lobbe [1] Dow Re: 2018 Jim Park Voting Rd 20: Carlton vs GWS - madbluboy - 08-05-2018 F 7 McKay 7 Thomas 1 Cripps Re: 2018 Jim Park Voting Rd 20: Carlton vs GWS - shawny - 08-05-2018 Team F Cripps 4 Harry 4 Daisy 3 Rowe 2 Re: 2018 Jim Park Voting Rd 20: Carlton vs GWS - Thryleon - 08-06-2018 N/A 6 McKay 6 Thomas 2 Cripps 1 Charlie Curnow Re: 2018 Jim Park Voting Rd 20: Carlton vs GWS - Baggers - 08-06-2018 Team F- 4 - McKay 4 - Thomas 3 - Cripps 1 - Dow 1 - Lobbe 1 - Murphy 1 - SPS HM: Lamb, Marchbank.
