2018 ladder prediction competition - Tragic - 03-19-2018
Was looking at the AFL experts predictions, and they've all put a line through us already. I'm a little more optimistic, but then I realised how hard it is to actually pick the ladder and get any team in the exact position. And then I had a thought for a system to judge how well you did. Feel free to get your selection in before the opening bounce of the season. Figured I'd keep it to home and away, with GF winner & runner-up selections as bonus points to keep it interesting.
SCORING
* exact ladder position = 5 points.
* within 1 position either way = 4 points.
* within 2 positions either way = 3 points.
* witihin 3 positions either way = 2 points.
* within 4 positions either way = 1 point.
* GF premiers = 10 points.
* GF runner-up = 5 points.
I've only just thought of this idea, and the first bounce is not far away, so i've literally put 10 minutes thought into it, but time is running out, so I can't dilly dally. I admit it might be a little optimistic - but here it is
