Round 9 Green Shoot of the Week - townsendcalling - 05-21-2017

Finding that shoot in a rain sodden game could be difficult however have a go.

Choose ONE ONLY Green Shoot you observed from the game.  Can be a player, passage of play and individual effort, any ONE Shoot that put a smile ???? on your face.

My shoot is sprouting at a rapid rate and I can't wait until it is fully grown.  Tom Williamson, just keeps getting better!

Fishers ball use in traffic and goal kicking nous.

Doesn't get it often but can play.

Intensity.

I like the intensity that has come into the Carlton game, experience is one thing, but you can still show endeavour even if you are playing your first game and we were intense for the periods I was watching.

Williamson and that first quarter.  Aside from hitting the scoreboard to apply more pressure, we were all over Freo.

x2...you can see the nous he has in close but needs some more size as he gets pushed off the ball....in a couple of seasons time he will be getting 25-30 possies every game..

To the surprise of some... Cuningham. Watch his first qtr closely...

Now, like so many of his team mates, he just has to string 4 qtrs together.

Williamson has good size, pace and foot skills and takes the game on, he looks like he could be a long term player.
