I think they use "managed" when he's not playing at all, not even the NBs. Basically having a rest. If he played for the NBs then he would've been dropped.

Sheesh, Palmer must be on the outer! One of the much better players two weeks in a row and ...tumbleweeds.

Generally, though, you'd be happy with those ins and outs. Oh, and when Samo returns from being 'managed' ( :Smile) he should come back through the NBs.
