Gastro, that would be an evil word at the moment!

I'd give Philps a crack.

I think we look a bit top heavy for Etihad, Docklands, Downtown or Marvel, whatever it's called. It's a pretty hard and fast ground, that usually suits runners not Titanics.

Reckon it'll be Kennedy. Proven goal kicker/forward.

Agree...Williamson is a good match up for some of the Melbourne players IMO and gives
us a bit more grunt.
2nd choice would be Kennedy...
Last choice would be Lang....

Bizarre to choose Lang.

Kennedy could be played mid or forward.

More credible than Lang in either role....

Agree, scratching my head with that one.

I think we can win this game, Melbourne have gone with a more mobile team but have a few inexperienced kids as well
and IMO we have a better balanced team.

re: Wines...think Cripps might have him as a team-mate next season....

I think their back line is very ordinary.

May? Meh. Small for a KPP defender and slow.

Lever? Yeah, very good as a loose 3rd tall floating across the ground but as a 2nd KPP defender? Nope.

He might negate McGovern (might) but the Guv is a bloody clever footballer.

Granted, they've got some run out of defence eg Salem, Harmes and Jetta but no one to man up big Levi, Betts is way too good for any of their small defenders and Martin, well Martin is simply elite.

Wouldn't surprise me if Martin kicks 7 tomorrow.

Their midfield is slow (more one dimensional than ours) and lacks class. Oliver is not class. Viney is tough but then....Bennell is potentially a gem but yet, he's a major question mark.

If Tiggers and The Filth managed 10.12, this might be a nil all draw with both sides having a history of failing to score goals.
