The protests over the past week are being hashtagged #murdochriots because the language and actually one of the banners took its comment straight off the Herald Sun.

In the middle of this massive country, to take in overseas travelers? Why was it left to the states to repurpose hotels in the middle of the city? That just makes no sense.
