Balta monstering McDonald now. McDonald doesn't stop a tall getting in front of him and can't reach the ball to spoil it. We might as well play Plowman as the extra height isn't working for McDonald.

Time to play Charlie up the ground a bit more to get the ball in his hands.
Play him on the wing ala Waite if you like. His long penetration inside 50 will clear a lot of the defenders and harry will always bring the ball down to ground.

Pity Gov hit the post, but how good is he looking? He's looking for intercepts whether off the boot or hand, and he has the pace and skills to make them count.
