As I've argued before, they won't get us the picks we need, they are valuable to us not to others.

McKay is looking ok at times when we have the ball.
When they have the ball he is clueless on where to run, who to guard. Showing his obvious inexperience. He needs to do a lot of work in the video room and we should be putting a lot of extra time into him.
