Re: 2018 VFL Rd 5: Northern Blues vs Frankston at Frankston - Professer E - 05-05-2018 Telecast is 10000000 times better than nine's.... More long shots from one side of oval, less intrusive flog commentators. Like the look of Schumacher, as said above needs some kgs, but his left foot is outstanding. Disappointed with what I've seen of Kerr, seems to be a one trick pony, and has zero influence when the ball hits the grouns. Looks to me like he needs it laces out, and he won't get that in our AFL team! Lang has done some nice things, disposal is good, but I'd like to see him get more of the ball Kerr takes a contested mark well and is a smart player. Re: 2018 VFL Rd 5: Northern Blues vs Frankston at Frankston - laj - 05-05-2018 Iinteresting how Fraser likes to use SOS alot as an inside mid, especially at stoppages but in the seniors use just use him up forward. Re: 2018 VFL Rd 5: Northern Blues vs Frankston at Frankston - laj - 05-05-2018 Schumacher looks like a nice late pick up. Re: 2018 VFL Rd 5: Northern Blues vs Frankston at Frankston - Thryleon - 05-05-2018 Polson is a worker with no tricks but gets stuck in and uses it well enough. Lobbe could be a real find for us. get him fit he's a class above this. Weitering. Very good. Too good for this level. Can't play him and Jones in the same defence IMHO. They both like to help a team mate. Jsos lots of nous. Needs to get a bit bigger and stronger without losing a yard and has a future in the midfield IMHO. Matt Shaw ok but unspectacular. Needs to get more involved. Kerr relatively unsighted aside from a hospital handball to Jack In the first quarter. Likes to throw his weight around in contests. Delivery hasn't been good to him. De Koning looks a player. Nice mark and goal, protects the ball drop and extends the arms. Lebois off after five seconds in a heavy hit. Broken collar bone. That's him done. Schumacher for pick seventy shows promise. Apparently a Carlton supporter growing up which is positive. Looks a player. Jesse Glass-Mckasker very much just a lock down player. No future at AFL level IMHO aside from a lock down role but doesn't seem smart enough. Lang. Seems alright. Not as quick as I remember and needs to get more involved. I think the ankle might still be giving him grief. Hobbles a little. I think that's it. For now. It was right on target then took a right turn...lol. |
