I've got a mate who has similar.
I've noticed with my mate that there can be some weird 'pausing' patterns with his speech and he explained it that he has certain techniques that he uses to catch himself when he is struggling with something.
In short, Biden does the same thing. People put it down to his age, but my mate is mid-30's and has been dealing with it since he was a kid.
I should point out that 99% of people wouldn't know this about my mate and i wouldn't either unless he told me.
So people judging Biden might want to have a rethink.
This has been bought up before buy a couple of posters.
It's well known
It helps explain some of what we saw today but not all....the blank, confused stares etc
But that was truly diabolical...even the CNN folk who are usually the most supportive, and some who have had close relationships with Biden, thought the performance was diabolical.
Downticket Democrats will be in a panic.
Trump lied his way through the debate and was pretty poor as well but he shone in comparison.

I haven't watched the whole thing and don't intend too. I've got some paint that is drying that needs my attention first.
However, some clips i have seen could be explained by what i wrote before.....as alarming as that seems.

But do yourself a favour and don't watch it.
It was cruel on Biden's part, he's an old man (even though he probably still knows a bit more than most of us) and he shouldn't be President.
The other joker just makes things up, and shouldn't be anywhere near the Presidency either.
The problem for Biden was that he probably, in most folks eyes, won the substance debate...but lost the 'optics'.
For him the task was to break even in that aspect.
He didn't.

Thought Biden got smashed on the economy and immigration but hit back late with some personal stuff about Trump that caught him by surprise.Unfortunately for Biden he had some shocker endings to his points like saying " we finally beat medicare" and probably knew what he wanted to say but couldnt construct an ending to the points he was making.
Bidens ex communications director was on CNN after the debate and said he didnt do well and lacked energy and stamina which he needed to prove.

Some of the funnier moments was the look on Biden's face a couple of times when Trump told some outrageous 'porky'.
Biden looked at him as if to say.. "WTF, how can you get away with saying that when it's just an outright lie."

Biden incoherence masked how bad Trump was. Biden will be the headline in the end when trump should have been Grump. Can't lie, deflect through a debate and say you won even if he looked more forthright and coherent. Actual substance is important in a debate and Biden actually had quite a bit of that still. Just that it was tough to watch, Only part of the actual debate Trump won on was Immigration. In the current global cost of living situation Trump would have been a nightmare. Can't put on tariffs, make an utter mess with your trading partners and not expect an economic mess to come out of it in the current conditions.
Trump was waiting to be smashed and Biden wasn't coherent enough to follow through. A half decent Democrat would have slaughtered Trump.
After today I'd say Biden will be removed as candidate. Poor bugger is losing it mentally. Declined alot in the last 6 months. So different from his superb State of the Union address. Effects of aging hit fast unfortunately and can really suck. Biden, unfortunately, will be lucky to be alive and kicking in 2 years, by the look of him, let alone last a full term. Another candidate will belt Trump on today's effort as they could totally expose him. People are just looking for someone decent to beat him. Bookies have Biden a 3% less chance of winning after today but surprising don't give Trump any more chance of winning. Obviously expecting Biden to stand/be pushed aside.

For those saying its just his speech impediment, I think you guys are having a lend. The guy forgot what he was talking about mid sentence.
I'm not trump apologist, I can't believe they don't revolt with the garbage being served up and called politicians in that nation. It's like a race to the bottom and every year they go lower.
